Stevens Automotive (SA) is a family owned business with over combined 70 years experience in the automotive industry that offers a complete car diagnostic auto repair service. The business has been servicing the Leesburg community for over 13 years. SA takes pride in providing the best full service auto care in the Leesburg area. SA is dedicated to quality service and a level of professionalism unsurpassed in the industry.
SA strives to provide technical excellence, value, and products to achieve customer service excellence. SA provides expedient and convenient automotive repair services through growing and maintaining a referral network of customers and local services companies. SA will integrate and adapt to modern technology to provide low overhead costs through purchasing and inventory control. SA will send monthly informative newsletters to educate our customers on updated technology and services; this will serve to reinforce our automotive expertise. SA is technologically savvy with computerized monitoring of customer maintenance records and inspections. SA has a strong vendor relationship with the most service conscious vendors who are capable of same day delivery and shipping major parts rapidly.
The Concept
SA is a unique business that addresses the unmet need of having an automotive facility to service customers for the life span of their vehicles with services: Lube, brakes, emission performance, engine performance, drivability, and repairs. These inclusive services benchmark customer service which is something that the industry has lost over the years. SA will be led by a seasoned management team of three with extensive industry experience.
The auto repair market has a lot of competition which only offer service, whereas, we will continue provide our unique service above are competitors. SA will differentiate themselves by not only offering a hassle-free repair service, but to continue to provide technical excellence, value, and products to achieve customer expectations, and the importance of people as individuals.
SA also differentiates from the normal local garages by offering a personal one on one relationship, providing same day service, shuttling service to and from work, making the entire service experience as painless and convenient as possible.
SA will continue to maintain the excellence service, value, and quality parts to pass onto their new and existing customers to develop a long and lasting relationship. This is very important, especially in the auto repair industry where trust and honesty are not the image of repair facilities.
The Management Team
Our management team includes three individuals whose combined backgrounds represent 70 years of professional experience in the automotive industry. The President, Kathy Stevens, has an excellent reputation in the field, and is particularly well-known for management, finance, operations, and marketing. Kathy is directly involved in all aspects of the business on a daily basis, including management of accounting, financing, Human Resources, and other administration areas of the company. Larry Stevens concentrate primarily as sales, customer relations, and senior technician. Ryan Stevens concentrate on IT support, inventory, and senior technician.
